LIFT programs are structured, cohort-based learning experiences—not one-off classes.
Participants move through a guided curriculum, collaborate with peers, and apply what they learn through real scenarios and projects. Each program balances instruction, discussion, and execution.
Programs are offered virtually and in person, depending on location and cohort size.
LIFT programs are designed to be accessible.
Many cohorts are offered at no cost through scholarships, community partners, and sponsors.
Limited paid seats may be available for select programs.
